Take the 36 in. The 40 in reaches within 1 in of the edge and will overhang if the table is not perfectly square.

The 40 in sits inside the round with a comfortable margin. Racks will sit on bare table, not felt.

A dense wool-blend felt that does the two things a mahjong mat has to do: it quiets the tiles, and it keeps them from sliding when someone reaches across for a discard.
At 4mm the Grandview sits heavier than the thin printed mats sold elsewhere. It lies flat out of the box — no curled corners, no ironing — and rolls for storage without creasing.
Edges are bound in matching cotton twill so the felt does not shed into the tiles over a season of play.

Returns
Thirty days, unused and in original packaging. If a mat arrived in the wrong size for your table, tell us the measurements when you write — we would rather send the right one than take it back.

Spot clean with cold water and a clean cloth. Do not machine wash. Roll — never fold — for storage.
